Account Basics
When registering for, or updating your church's MessageApp account, take note of the following:
  1. There can be only one username for a church account.
  2. Usernames already in use by another account cannot be used.
  3. There can only be one e-mail address for a church account.
  4. E-mail addresses already in use by another account cannot be used.
To create a MessageApp account for your church:
  • Click here to go to the registration page
  • Fill the registration form provided and click on Submit. Note that all fields in the form are required.
  • Once the form is submitted, verify your e-mail address.
Now, you can log in to the account you created.
To log in to your MessageApp dashboard:
  • Click here to go to the login page.
  • Enter the e-mail address connected to your MessageApp account
  • Enter your password and click on Login.
To change the Password to your MessageApp account, if you are logged in
  • Click on Profile.
  • Click on "Change Password".
  • Type your current password.
  • Provide a new password and confirm the new password.
  • Click "Change Password" to update your password.
If the password change was successful, you will be redirected to the log in page to log in with your new password.
To change your password if you are not logged in:
  • Click here to go to the login page
  • Click on "Forgot Password".
  • Provide the e-mail address associated with your MessageApp account.
  • Click "Send Password Reset Link".
A password reset link would be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
To update your profile:
  • Log in to your MessageApp account
  • Click "Profile" in the sidebar.
  • Current profile information is preloaded in the form fields.
  • Edit the fields you want to change and click "Update Profile" to save changes.
To change your account's logo:
  • Log in to your MessageApp account.
  • Click "Profile" in the sidebar.
  • Click "Change Profile Picture".
  • Provide a new image file you want to upload.
  • Click "Upload" to save.
